I keep coming back here because they have incredible service and prices. Most recently I went here for registration and emissions and John was exceptionally friendly to me and my toddler. I recommend Steve's To all of my friends and family in the area when they need work done.

Absolutely amazing experience with John and their family-owned shop. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care. John took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure the work was done right. The quality of the repairs was excellent, pricing was fair, and the customer service was top tier. It’s hard to find mechanics you can truly trust these days, but this shop definitely earned my business for the long run. Highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional auto work. 5 stars all the way!

I went to Steve's for an oil change (for my 2009 Suburban), and I got a great price on a full synthetic service. Then they did a complimentary tire rotation, and also renewed my registration for me (since they are an "On The Spot Renewal" location). All of that would probably be worthy of a 5 star review, but the real kicker is that they did it all after closing time! (I didn't show up until 5:03pm and they close at 5:00pm.) Now that's what I call true customer service!

I paid $1254.01 for the replacement of my steering angle sensor. The steering angle sensor on MitsubishiParts.com for my vehicle is only $358.49. So that means almost $900 in labor. I feel strongly that I was taken advantage of....but I didn't double check - I just wanted to be done. You were really friendly, but not impressed with what I was charged for service. I doubt I return and probably wouldn't recommend any women friends using you for service either.

I experienced friendly, fast, and affordable service on my vehicle at Steve’s. I made an appointment to bring it in, and they immediately started working on my vehicle when I arrived. They physically showed me any issues they found with it. They gave me recommendations for the services it needed, but didn’t pressure me to get them done. They told me which issues were of the highest priority to get taken care of. They completed the services on it in the amount of time they said it would take, and they even provided me a free Uber ride to where I wanted to go while they worked on my vehicle. I will continue taking my vehicle there for service.
